3 cups spinach
2 cups water
1 cup strawberry + blueberry
1 pear
2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
It my first time using pear in the smoothies and it adds a very subtle taste to the blend. I carried on with last weeks theme of low sugar fruits and paired this combination since this weeks theme (last 4 days) is “make your own” smoothie. It gave a bit of frothy appearance in the top but overall I am enjoying the low sugar smoothies even better than the creamy smoothies.
